All items are handmade in Deal, Kent, UK, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Some products (such as mugs and other print-on-demand items) are produced and fulfilled by a third-party print partner. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. Slight variations may occur as items are handmade.
All prices are in GBP and include any applicable taxes. Prices are correct at time of display. Postage is charged separately at checkout.
Orders are placed through our website checkout powered by Stripe. You will receive an email confirmation after payment. We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days.
UK only. Handmade items are shipped via Royal Mail:
Print-on-demand items (such as mugs) are fulfilled and shipped by our print partner via Evri, typically within 7–10 days.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This right does not apply to personalised or custom-made items.
To cancel, email jon@craftsbyjon.co.uk. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email jon@craftsbyjon.co.uk with a photo within 7 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement or full refund including postage.
We collect your name, email address and delivery address solely to process your order. We do not store payment details. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to fulfil your order (Royal Mail for handmade items; our print partner and Evri for print-on-demand items).
